Opportunities at Luminary Lane

Build a more deliberate future for marketing.

We are building Lane—an agentic GTM platform that helps teams find, test, and scale the work that earns traction. We are looking for people who want to learn quickly, build carefully, and stay close to real customer problems.

About us

A small team with real work in front of us.

Luminary Lane is based in Singapore and works with startups and SMEs while exploring account-focused workflows for enterprise revenue teams. The product is evolving quickly, which means the best people for this stage are comfortable learning in the open and turning customer reality into better systems.

Open opportunities

Help grow the founding team.

The founding team is currently three people, supported by two interns. We are looking for engineers and GTM builders who want to take meaningful ownership as the company grows.

Interns and student builders

For people who want hands-on experience building with AI, learning from real product work, and contributing to an early-stage team.

  • Some coding or product-making experience
  • Curiosity about AI, startups, and marketing
  • Comfort learning in a fast-moving environment

Founding engineers

For experienced builders who want meaningful ownership over product architecture, agent workflows, and the systems that make Lane dependable.

  • Strong software engineering judgement
  • Interest in Python, TypeScript, AI, or agent systems
  • A bias for shipping, testing, and learning from users

Founding GTM builders

For sales and marketing people who want to help turn early customer learning into a repeatable go-to-market motion—and build the company alongside the product.

  • Strong customer and commercial judgement
  • Comfort shaping sales, marketing, and partnerships from the ground up
  • A bias for real conversations, clear positioning, and evidence

Customer workflow builders

For specialists and generalists who want to help a particular customer turn a difficult brand, channel, or operations problem into durable product capability.

  • Ability to get close to a messy real-world workflow
  • Good product and technical judgement
  • Respect for customers, constraints, and evidence

What we value

Curious, rigorous, and low-ego.

Ship, then learn. Put useful work in front of people and improve it from evidence.

Challenge the story. A good idea should be able to survive real customer and technical constraints.

Keep people in the loop. We build systems that make judgement more useful, not invisible.

Bring your own references.

A sense of humour helps. If you enjoy the mischief of Silicon Valley, Mr. Robot, or The IT Crowd, you will probably find kindred spirits here—but curiosity and generosity matter more than a shared watchlist.

Tell us what you would like to build.

Send a short note about yourself, the kind of opportunity you are interested in, and anything that shows how you learn or make things.
